Daniel and Grace’s Wedding was such an amazing example of family, joy, and Christ’s love! I was so thrilled when they actually took me up on my offer to travel down to lower Michigan to capture their wedding! It was a a bit of a drive but I dragged my dear husband along with me and we made a nice little adventure out of it!
The wedding was absolutely beautiful and by the end of the day I felt like I was part of these amazing families!
It was also amazing how Daniel and Grace’s wedding reminded my husband and I SO MUCH of our own wedding back in 2011 (has it been that long!?) From the focus on Christ throughout the whole event, to the desire to FINALLY be able to kiss each other, the reactions and emotions throughout the day was like reliving one of the best days of my life.
(Also, yes, fun fact, both Daniel and Grace and my husband and I saved our first kiss for the wedding day! Totally worth the wait! )
Daniel and Grace had their wedding at Grace Baptist Church in Davison, MI. It was a beautiful and intimate ceremony and I was so grateful for such beautiful church grounds to photograph on! It was a cold day in November, but the Lord blessed us with some nice sunshine and BEAUTIFUL light throughout the day for portraits.
I also have to make a note of just how joyful this whole event was. Grace’s smile was so beautiful and I couldn’t help but laugh at how I could NOT get her to stop smiling! Every bride should be THIS happy on their wedding day!
Congratulations, Daniel and Grace! Your wedding was such a blessing to my husband and I and we both continue to pray that your joy and marriage continues to reflect Christ’s love for us.
